Basic Bitch of the RESISTANCE

Basic Bitch of the Resistance is a comedic play that originally premiered in November 2017 in New York City. After a sold out opening night show came back to the stage for a two week run in 2018. The fall show was developed co-intentionally with our stellar cast and included a post-show social justice workshop for the audience.

Interactive theatre, process drama, playbuilding and workshops

Working within several schools and communities across the US. Creating interactive theatrical events which are carefully curated based on the needs of the community.

Anti-Bullying, Environmental advocacy, Cultural Competence, Culture of Silence to name a few.

International women’s voices day

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S VOICES DAY
The Women’s Voices Theater Festival, in partnership with National New Play Network (NNPN) and New Play Exchange® (NPX®), invited theaters and theatre-makers around the world to join them in advocating for gender parity by presenting un-produced works by women playwrights on International Women’s Voices Day. The event coincided with the anniversary of the revolutionary 2016 Women’s Marches. Along with similar events in this global movement. TJTP organized and hosted a reading of excerpts from plays and stories of women. Workshop and discussion followed.
